We hold monthly District meetings on the second Tuesday of the month, at 6:30 PM. Most of the time, we meet virtually, but we meet in person once or twice a year. For virtual meetings, follow this link: https://bit.ly/HHCDboardmeeting

During each meeting, staff from the Natural Resource Conservation Services (NRCS) and HHCD review reports that highlight accomplishments and activities for that month. District supervisors and staff discuss other conservation topics that is brought to the meeting, and vote on potential actions and initiatives. We also review a financial report by the District treasurer.

These meetings are always open to the public, and we encourage you to join us! Attending our board meeting is a good way to hear about the work we are doing, recommend conservation priorities and strategies, and learn about ways that you can get involved.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the meetings, or if you want to add an issue to the agenda. You may reach us by phone at (413) 362-4720, or by email at [email protected]

We hope that you can join us for one of our meetings!
